On my loan that I got for my new van it as amazing how simple it was to do the application on line. The payment is deducted and I don't have to worry about going to make the payment. The ease of transferring from one account to another is a feature that I like. I can do this online and don't have to worry about it. - Brenda, Taylors, SC

The tellers at the Spartanburg branch helped me open accounts for both of my sons, so that they could start saving money. I have had many wonderful experiences at SC Telco. The Greenville staff are super! They have helped me and guided me through some tough financial times. They treated me with respect and caring. I also think the phone staff in Greenville are very helpful and take time with you on the phone to address my needs. The office staff in Greenville know me by name, and my daughter's name. She always looks forward to going to the branch and saying ‘hi!’ I know when the time comes for her to start a checking account and get her first car, SC Telco will be there for her. I have been a member for well over 10 years. My finances have grown considerably over this period - but I must say that I have always been treated extremely well whether I was 'overdrawn' or ‘over-endowed.’ I have since moved to New Jersey, but will remain a member and actively do business with SC Telco because of the people. Whether I walked into the credit union or went through the drive thru window, I was always personally greeted. Everyone is so easy to work with. I can call up, leave a message and have a loan processed in a day. I do most of my banking via the internet which is fabulous and EASY to use. SC Telco has always made the loan process easy for me. I am on a first name basis with my loan officer and I usually don't even need to come to the branch for approval. I left 'big banks' because they were so impersonal and if you had a need, you had to call an 800 number and get recorded messages. I really appreciate that I can call and talk to a human being!! I was in California once and had a big problem. I had two accounts at the time and the 'big bank' could not be reached. At 4:55pm, I reached Telco and they helped me, otherwise I would have had no cash out in California. I also had a problem while away on business in Mississippi.
